37 hours per week, Term Time Only

Scale 4, Points 9 - 12: £21,269 - £22,571 pro rata, Actual Salary: £18,132.09 - £19,242.06

 

The South Wolds Academy and Sixth Form is a high attaining, semi-rural, popular school located in the village of Keyworth in Nottinghamshire which is a 10-minute drive from West Bridgford.  We are also a founding partner of the East Midlands Education Trust, committed to providing a first class education for all of our students.

We are seeking to appoint a Lead Cover Supervisor who is dynamic and proactive to work with classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher to ensure that set work is completed.

You will develop good working relationships with staff and students across the academy and develop an understanding of all aspects of the curriculum and pastoral system from ages 11-18.  You will lead a team of cover supervisors and will play a key in role in ensuring that short term teacher absence does not impact negatively on our students.
