We are able to offer an exciting opportunity for a new member to join our Senior Team, building on our current achievements and to contribute to our future success.This is a key role, leading all services and operational matters within the College.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and experienced leader with outstanding finance, HR and business skills to head this important area.The successful candidate will be ambitious for the College, working closely with the Trust Central Team to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the school.

They will have an excellent track record of positive outcomes and the vision and drive to oversee and co-ordinate the key resources, areas of support and staff teams to ensure all stakeholders can operate effectively, without impediment.They will join the Senior Team and contribute to the strategic direction of the College and its future success. The role will involve working with all teaching and support staff and Governors.
